Fiora Bagnato, from Eni Rewind, and Maurizio Petruccioli, from the University of La Tuscia (UNITUS), attended RemTech Europe, the International Conference and Exhibition on land and water remediation markets and technologies. The event was held between September 18th-22nd, 2023, in Ferrara (Italy) and was organised by Ferrara Expo.
During the event, they delivered a presentation entitled “Feasibility of mycoaugmentation in the clean-up of TPH-contaminated soils: THE LIFE MYSOIL Project”, which introduced the project with a general scope. It was included in session 23 “Nature based solutions”, on September 21st.
In particular, the presentation included the results of the biotreatability tests undertaken at the different demonstration sites, the pilot plant design and soil preparation, or the experimental set-up of the mesocosms, among other activities of LIFE MySOIL.
